The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom can be configured with either a double bed or two singles (twin). Both bedrooms have wardrobes. Bedding, linen and towels are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a kettle, toaster, microwave, compact fridge/freezer and gas oven, grill and hobs. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are all provided.

The living room has sofas and a large smart-TV connected to both Freeview and streaming services, as well as a DVD player. Our free-of-charge Wi-Fi is backed up with superfast fibre broadband.

The bathroom has a step-in shower, as well as hand basin and loo.

Room heating is via adjustable electric heaters in all the main spaces, with an additional gas fire fitted in the living room. Hot water for both kitchen and bathroom is from an instantaneous gas-powered unit.

We have plenty of parking (large enough for oversized vehicles) and an on-site laundry is also available.

We’re in great spot for those working on the many engineering projects happening locally or for those just wishing to explore the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

An extensive farm shop, cafe restaurant and superfast EV charging are a conveniently walkable 500m away at the Friday Street complex. Saxmundham is our nearest town (2.5 miles) and has both Tesco and Waitrose supermarkets, high-street shops, a railway station and plenty of take-away food options.

Here at Mollett’s Farm we also have three self-catering Stables Studios, three self-catering Granary Cottages and our Caravan and Motorhome Club CL for touring outfits.
